Allow attendees to navigate your event via their mobile phones

Our event maps are easy to implement into your current site. We can also create a stand-alone site that utilizes your look and feel. There is no need for users to download an app. Your event map will display the same across all current mobile devices. Here are some of our most requested features:

Current Location Tracking

Your map will track where the user is located within your event. This will allow you display info based on their current location. We can also do proximity alerts.

Location Filtering

Users can filter locations by multiple types that you can define. The map will then display locations based on the filter selections made by the user.

A “desktop” version of your map is included

If users access your map from a device other then a smartphone, A fully-functioning “full-sized” map will be displayed. This map will also be displayed for folks that have a tablet at your event.

Proximity Alerts

When a user gets close to a specific location, an alert can appear to give them additional information or guide them to an upcoming event that you want to feature.

A popup window for each location

Each location features a custom popup window. You can decide exactly what info appears in this window. We can even add icons so users can find out more or even get specific directions.

Create a walking tour

We can setup walking tours based on specific locations that will then be accessible by your users. Use this feature to highlight “must-see” events. Users can also create their own walking tour that can be shared across multiple devices.

Add an audio feature

Play an audio clip describing a location. We can convert any audio clip to a format that can be played via any smartphone.

Create a list of favorites

Selecting the favorites icon for a specific location will add that location to the menu so that it can be easily accessible. An additional option is to add this feature to your current site so that users can add favorites via their desktop which will then be available via their mobile device.
